REDI.E is an Aboriginal not-for-profit organisation that works to empower and support local people in achieving their aspirations. We provide a range of services and programs in the areas of health, education, culture, and social justice with a real focus on workforce development. Our organisation is looking for a person to join as an Administration Assistant as part of our Employment Service Team. This role offers the chance to build a career path by honing your administrative skills, with the potential for advancement into other roles. To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following basics:
- Willing to learn, or have a basic knowledge of the employment services/community
services industry, - Able to effectively engage with work colleagues and clients, as an effective team
member, - Willing to learn or have a basic ability to prioritise and meet reasonable timelines,
- Eager to learn and have a solid foundation of written and oral communication skills,
- Possess basic interpersonal and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to effectively
consult with a diverse range of individuals, - Willing to learn or already have Digital literacy including competency in the Microsoft
Office suite of products, - Be able to maintain confidentiality.
