For Jobseekers
We’re here to help you find the right path.
The employment services provided by Regional Enterprise Development Institute (REDI.E) serve our communities by providing avenues for opportunity and fostering the growth of the workforce. To ensure the long-term survival of our sector in our regions, our organisation cultivates relationships. Driven by a passion for progress and inclusivity, REDI.E serves as a catalyst for job seekers, connecting them with opportunities that align with their skills, ambitions, and aspirations. With a deep understanding of regional dynamics, we provide tailored employment services designed to overcome the disparity that exists between opportunity and talent. Job seekers can obtain guidance from REDI.E, an Aboriginal-owned and operated organisation, in conquering barriers and developing prospects for employment.
Our job in employment services is to connect a talent pool of competent, well-trained individuals with employers. We believe that our work should go beyond simply fulfilling contracts and considering our clients as just another number. With our committed staff, we must establish connections and foster talent in the areas we serve.
Training and Courses
Our RTO team delivers nationally recognised training courses and qualifications that have been registered by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA.) We partner with businesses and organisations in the region to bring courses to our communities, so you can have access to the training you need.
We also deliver the Vocational, Training & Employment Centres (VTEC) program, which works with governments and industry groups to source jobs specifically for Indigenous job seekers.
- We can link you directly to an employer seeking workers and provide the training needed to get you the job.
