Aroha Groves is a Gamilaraay & Weilwan Weridjerung yinaar (woman) of the black soil plains of northern NSW, where many of her family still live and work.
She has a background working in Aboriginal education, the Arts and Community & Cultural Development, having worked for private and public sector organisations throughout her work life, with and for Aboriginal Peoples.
Aroha joined REDI.E as a Site Manager for Brewarrina – Goodooga – Weilmoringle, to bring administrative skills and expertise to the organisation at an exciting time in its history.
REDI.E has an extraordinary capacity to be a real conduit for change in Western NSW and Aroha looks forward to the possibilities this organisation will bring to the lives of the Aboriginal Peoples it services and employs.
