For Jobseekers

Our team really understands that finding a job can be a challenge, especially in remote communities. It’s tough - and there’s several companies out there promising to help you find work.

So - how are we different from the others?

Well for a start, we are from here. Our Head Office is in Dubbo and because we’re local we focus on bringing the right opportunities to you. To help you get the right skills and training you need to be the perfect candidate.

Because - we are all different. Some people know what they want their career path to look like - others need some guidance.

So that is how the REDI.E team will work with you. We will get to know your interests, what skills you already have - and what your goals are, no matter how crazy they might seem!

Then we can show you down the right path to start realising your dream.

Register Your Interest

Our RTO team delivers nationally recognised training courses and qualifications that have been registered by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA.)

We partner with businesses and organisations in the region to bring courses to our communities, so you can have access to the training you need.

We also deliver the Vocational, Training & Employment Centres (VTEC) program, which works with governments and industry groups to source jobs specifically for Indigenous job seekers.

We can link you directly to an employer seeking workers and provide the training needed to get you the job.

Training with REDI.E

We assist clients with increasing skill level and gaining qualification such as white cards, and first aid.

We also complete on-the-job assessments.

We support our clients through the job application process - but it doesn’t stop there.

We mentor employees to keep them focused and on track towards further success.

Supply them for the needs for the job - this means things like uniforms, transport, training, checks (eg WCC.)
