Description

The Corporate Services Officer – Human Resources will be responsible for undertaking administrative, Human Resources and WHS duties on behalf of the REDI.E Corporate Team. You should also have excellent organisational skills and be able to handle time-sensitive tasks.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the REDI.E Corporate Services team and provide a customer focused service to clients across all the REDI.E business areas;
Assist with the duties of Human Resources, Payroll, WHS and Reception, when required;
Assistance in respect of REDI.E’s HR and WHS compliance including payroll process and extraction and summary of HR related reporting;
Assist with Payroll and HR administration tasks, when required;
Assist with Reception duties as required, in administration Assistance Role;
Perform filing of all correspondence and records including archiving and storage of documents in accordance with REDI.E’s Record Management Policy and Procedures;  

Requirements

Relevant Certificate qualifications and or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated administrative experience ( + HR experience desired), word processing skills with an ability to use software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel, and financial management software appropriate to the position, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Demonstrated interpersonal, listening and communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain networks and contacts and relate to stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
Proven organisational skills including the ability to assess priority of tasks, manage workload and meet multiple (or conflicting) deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to exercise judgement and discretion appropriately.
Demonstrated ability to be flexible, to work proactively and cooperatively in a small team and to build productive working relationships.
Current driving licence and the ability to travel between sites as required
First Aid Certificate
NSW Drivers licence;
Current working with children check (WWCC);
National Police Check;
