If you’ve ever pictured yourself working with customers in retail stores including specialty stores, supermarkets, department stores and quick serve restaurants, then a career in frontline retail is for you.
This course will help you learn the practical skills and knowledge you require to be able to work effectively in a range of retail environments. It will give you the confidence to work with others as a customer service assistant, as well as the skills to use retail technology and point-of-sale equipment.

After successfully completing this course and depending on the electives studied you could gain employment providing product and service advice in a retail setting.  You will know how to receive and handle stock as well as how to produce and replenish store displays. Being able to work safely including when working with food and being able to identify security risks will also be part of your role. Your job as a frontline team member, customer service assistant or point-of-sale operator awaits you.
