PURPOSE OF THE ROLE, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
This position is responsible for actively facilitating and assisting unemployed people into work through;
Conducting assessments, developing individual job plans, addressing barriers to employment, and
providing case management services, search for appropriate job vacancies and assist with resumes
and job applications and monitor mutual obligations.
Provide integrated case management for CDP jobseeker’s, includes face-to-face appointments and
associated IT processes.
Direct registration of jobseekers onto the CDP programme.
Assess jobseeker needs and employability initially.
Create weekly attendance lists and timesheets for Activity Supervisors and other relevant stakeholders.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maximise job seeker outcomes.
‘Supervise and assist CDP jobseekers in office and administrative related functions.
Engage with jobseeker’s employer within first 2 months of placement,
QUALIFICATIONS / LICENSING
NSW Driver’s license: Working with children check (WCC) National Police Check
or willing to obtain
