Cobar Workforce Development participants celebrate their success

At the event Workforce Development participants gathered together with communtiy and MPREC team members to share stories and successes, get some feedback and discussed pathways to sustainable employment. 

Cobar Workforce Development particpants are involved in a number of activities and community projects which range from maintaining the Market Gardens and animals, help sporting clubs with lawn maintenance and painting, and working in the Social Enterprise business 'Two Eight Three Five' to build work-ready skills.

The Community Development Program (CDP) can help Job Seekers gain skills, look for and find work, and contribute to their community at the same time.
