We are thrilled to have been recognised as a leader in the field of innovation. Our work towards improving communication processes and technology, both internally and with the communities we service, has been a huge undertaking.
Our organisation spans a huge geographical distance. We needed to find ways to better connect our staff and to each other. Our new systems have helped to streamline processes and spend more time delivering great programs to our communities.
We undertook a major technology project and rebuilt our brand within the past year. We’ve improved IT services, processes and renewed the focus of the organisation.
Our Power BI dashboards help us to better monitor, measure and analyse our work and to respond to changes, where needed. Our new Intranet, powered by SharePoint, will drive more internal communication between our teams and gives our staff easier access to key documents. While our Project Planner allows visibility and status on projects activities to team members involved with delivery.
We see this award as evidence that these changes have been well received by the community. This will be a great source of pride for our team.
Everyone on staff in this organisation has so much passion for what they do. This award recognises their hard work – but we would like to take the time to say THANK YOU – to each and every one of you. Your work has changed the lives of many people.
