REDI.E provides laptops for CDP clients in training

19 April, 2021

REDI.E has provided fully equipped Microsoft Office laptops for six clients who have commenced traineeships at the Bourke District Children's Service.

Employment Mentors Kynia Pitt-Knight and Kalesha Cahill presented the Community Development Program (CDP) clients with laptop computers to assist with their employment and studies.

REDI.E has been actively assisting job seekers in the Bourke community to gain or regain employment - especially since the COVID-19 pandemic. We have provided financial assistance for clothing, equipment or study requirements.

We are also promoting the government grant for the 1,000 Jobs Package, which aims to increase employment opportunities in remote Australia for CDP participants.

It can help provide businesses in the CDP space  with up to two years of government funding.

If any local businesses want more information, get in touch.

This initiative is funded/supported by the Australian Government.
