Shelley Shoemark - Menindee Site Manager

Yaama, my name is Rachelle Shoemark better known as Shelley, I'm a proud Ngiyampaa women from Menindee community.
 
Shelley has proudly lived in Menindee all her life and raised 4 children in the local area.
Shelley has a deep understanding of the issues facing the community of Menindee as well as communities located in the Far West of NSW. She has a background of working in the educational sector and an interest in having input towards Health and the Aborginal Lands Council.  
 
Shelley started her employment with REDI.E in 2015 as a supervisor and worked her way up to where she is today. He has a sound understanding of bsuiness faciities at all levels. Shelley is very passionate to improve the outcomes for indiviudals within the comunities that she lives and works in. She understands the need for a flexible approach to change and recognises the difficulties that this may cause along the way. 

Shelley loves her role at Redi.e because it challenges here every day. She faces different challenges and hurdles everyday and gets a great sense of achievement from seeing the smiles on the faces of the individuals who are positively imacted by the great work that Redi.e does. Shelleys goal is to focus on working together with the community and implementing an approach that will benefit everyone.  

Finally and probably most importantly, Shelley is a proud grandmother to 4 grandchildren growing up in the Menindee community. Children are our future, our upcoming little footy stars or teachers.
