If you’ve ever pictured yourself working with customers and colleagues in administration, then a career in business is for you.
This course will assist you in developing your knowledge to be competent in a range of business environments. It will give you the confidence to work with others in a safe environment as well as the knowledge and skills required for information management, IT (word processing, spreadsheets, internet and email) and how to be effective in the workplace.
After successfully completing this course, depending on the electives you study, you could gain employment as an administration assistant, clerical worker, data entry operator, information desk clerk, office junior or receptionist.
You will be required to study 12 units of competency to complete this qualification. There is 1 core unit and 11 elective units.
